Wellbeing in the workplace

I am available to book at an hourly rate to come into your workplace to provide Yoga, breath work, relaxation and mindfulness sessions.

Corporate Rates

£65 per hour (Plus travel depending on location)

This rate is for a maximum of 20 people. Staff will need their own mats but any other props will be provided by myself.
