Pregnancy Yoga 6 Week Course

Join me for a nurturing and supportive Pregnancy Yoga class on Mondays from 19:00 to 20:15 at Batford Memorial Hall, Harpenden, AL5 5BS. These sessions are ideal for anyone in their 2nd or 3rd trimester (12 weeks plus) and are designed to help you strengthen and stretch your body as you prepare for the journey ahead. Each class includes 55 minutes of pregnancy-focused yoga, emphasising postures that build strength, improve flexibility, and ease common discomforts. We’ll also practice breathwork techniques to promote relaxation, which can be incredibly beneficial for labour and beyond.

At the end of each session, you’re invited to stay for an optional 20 minutes of tea and treats, offering a lovely opportunity to connect and share experiences with other expectant mothers. 

The course runs from Monday, 4th November to Monday, 16th December. The investment is £75 for 6 sessions, to be taken over the 7 weeks. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
